Ogier within range of third straight WRC title
Sebastien Ogier's second place at Rally Finland has put him to within touching distance of a third consecutive World Rally championship title, which he could potentially wrap up next time out in Germany. The defending WRC champion saw his lead in the drivers' standings finely trimmed to 89 points after his Volkswagen Motorsport team-mate Jari-Matti Latvala claimed victory at his home event Rally Finland.
