Toyota unveils Yaris WRC livery for 2016

Toyota Gazoo Racing has unwrapped a 2016 livery for the all-new Yaris World Rally Car which is currently being tested ahead of its return to WRC next year. WRC team principal Tommi Makinen was present at the event alongside Toyota motorsport chiefs at the manufacturer's annual motorsport news conference in Japan. The Yaris is currently being developed at Makinen's workshops in Finland and is expected to start testing in March both in the former WRC champion's homeland and in Germany. Four-time WRC runner-up Mikko Hirvonen is expected to take up testing duties after retiring from competition in 2014 before the team relocates on a full-time basis to Toyota's motorsport factory in Germany....
