RX: Sebastien Loeb makes World RallyX move

Nine-time World Rally Champion Sebastien Loeb has announced he will compete in the FIA World Rallycross Championship for 2016 with Peugeot. The rallying legend is making a return to full-time dirt-track competition in 2016 after two years spent circuit racing in the World Touring Car Championship with Citroen.
