Mexico WRC: Sordo and Ogier share the glory in Saturday sprint stages

Dani Sordo and Sebastien Ogier won the three short stages as Rally Mexico's Saturday action concluded. Sordo became the second non-VW stage winner of the event in SS20 after Thierry Neuville going quickest in the opening test of the event. The Spaniard beat the trio of Ott Tanak, Jari-Matti Latvala and Hayden Paddon by just half a second with Ogier only taking eighth. However, the latter improved his time in the second run by 2.6s and ended up in first, beating Sordo, rally leader Latvala and Martin Prokop.
