Mikkelsen takes nineteenth WRC podium in Corsica

Andreas Mikkelsen took this nineteenth podium for Volkswagen at the 2016 Tour de Corse – Rallye de France. Mikkelsen finished on the Corsican asphalt in third to take his nineteenth podium finish in the FIA World Rally Championship. The Norwegian drove a controlled rally throughout the three days, keeping second-placed Thierry Neuville under pressure for the duration of the 2016 Tour de Corse, but it was not enough to snatch second from the Hyundai driver.
