Meeke demands commitment and courage

Kris Meeke says Rally Poland requires commitment and courage if he is to return to the rostrum in the World Rally Championship after enduring a miserable round last time out in Italy. After impressive back-to-back results in Argentina – where he claimed his maiden WRC rally victory – followed up by a fourth place in Portugal, the 35-year-old Brit suffered difficulties to finish a lowly 24th in the general classification in Italy, which saw him slip from fifth to seventh in the drivers' championship.
