Neuville retires from day one in Corsica
Hyundai's Thierry Neuville has retired from day one of Tour de Corse – Rallye de France after hitting a bridge in the opening stage. Neuville was just 1.2 km into the Plage du Liamone-Sarrola test when he made a mistake and damaged the rear suspension. His i20 WRC will now be recovered to service. Ironically, he had tweeted how much he was looking forward to the wet and slippery conditions before starting the test...
