Al Qassimi lines up Argentina debut
Al Qassimi, who brings Abu Dhabi support to Citroën Racing, will join Kris Meeke and Mads Østberg in the French team’s DS 3 World Rally Cars for the fourth round of the championship. It will be his first appearance in Argentina and he is one of 14 World Rally Cars in the 60-car entry, which also includes drivers competing in the FIA Codasur regional and Argentine national championships. Some regional and national crews will tackle the full four-day event under new rules which allow cars approved by the host country’s motorsport authority to take part in WRC rounds outside Europe.
