Peugeot Rally Academy drivers perform strongly in Germany

Peugeot Rally Academy drivers José Antonio ‘Cohete’ Suárez and Jordan Berfa both put in strong performances at the 2016 Rallye Deutschland. Cohete and his co-driver Candido Carrera put in a solid performance despite having suffered a puncture on Friday’s SS4 and a spin on Saturday SS8 in his 208T16. Cohete regained his confidence in the Peugeot by stringing together a sequence of top three WRC2 times on Saturday, whilst claiming the same result on Sunday’s final stages in Germany to finish in fourteenth place.
