Camilli gains valuable experience as transmission issues hit in Spain

After showing promising pace on the 2016 Tour de Corse – Rally de France, M-Sport‘s Éric Camilli and co-driver Benjamin Veillas were left deflated after technical issues put them out of the running of the 2016 RallyRACC – Rally de Espana. The Frenchman showed good progress through the opening gravel sections before the rally moved to asphalt. Camilli showed promise but was let down when transmission issues prevented him from contesting the final stage of Saturday. “It was a shame about the technical issues we had but these things happen and it wasn’t a bad weekend by all means.
