Koči claims JWRC runner-up spot by winning Wales Rally GB
Martin Koči claimed his maiden win in both WRC3 and Junior WRC categories at the 2016 Dayinsure Wales Rally GB. Koči led from start to finish to record a dominant first WRC3 and Junior WRC win on the Welsh gravel. With that win in Wales means that the Slovakian is the 2016 Junior WRC Championship runner-up. Simone Tempestini finished over two minutes behind Koči in second, but that was enough for the Italian to claim the 2016 WRC3 Championship, which adds to his Junior WRC Championship that he won prior to this rally.
