Ogier out in SS2 of Rally Argentina

Volkswagen's Sebastien Ogier has had to retire from day one of Rally Argentina after suffering a technical problem in SS2. Ogier, who was bidding to win his sixth event in succession this weekend, stopped around 6 km from the end of the test, the long 51.99km Agua de Oro-Asochinga test. He was not the only runner to have trouble in SS2, with Thierry Neuville and Andreas Mikkelsen both picking up punctures. Kris Meeke was quickest and currently leads Dani Sordo, who had power steering issues, by 32.7s. Jari-Matti Latvala lies third, 1.2s further back, followed by Mads Ostberg, Hayden Paddon and Ott Tanak. #Ogier stopped due 2 technical problem. Retired 4 the day, car will be brought to...
