Sebastien Ogier could be under threat of exclusion from Rally Guanajuato Mexico after the FIA launched an investigation into his car’s gearbox. The gearbox of the M-Sport Ford Fiesta WRC was queried by stewards at the end of the event under the suspicion it could be underweight. It has been sealed off by the FIA and taken to Geneva where the FIA technical Delegate Jerome Toquet will inspect it further. The decision is expected to be known before the start of the next round of the championship, next month's Tour of Corsica.
