Reigning British National Rally Champion Elfyn Evans in his DMACK backed Ford Fiesta WRC still leads Rally Argentina at the end of day two. But after having a comfortable lead of more than a minute earlier in the day, a combination of two punctures and then having handling problems due to a problem with the rear of the Fiesta, his lead stands at just 11.5s at the overnight halt. The ‘issue’ turned out to be the loss of the M-Sport built Fiesta’s diffuser which led to him losing 15 seconds to both Thierry Neuville and Ott Tänak who both shared the fastest time on the second run over the long Los Gigantes stage.
