Rough rallies hold no fears for Evans

Third at last weekend’s gruelling XION Rally Argentina was the Welshman’s first top three WRC finish and came six weeks after he matched his previous-best with fourth in Mexico – both rallies with an extraordinarily high rate of attrition. Evans is in only his second season at the top level and believes that is helping him succeed on more demanding events. “At this stage of my career I’m still learning, so the pressure to push to the maximum all the time isn’t always there.
