Latvala has score to settle in Portugal

Jari-Matti Latvala feels he has a score to settle at Rally Portugal and is hoping to reignite his World Rally Championship campaign after a disastrous past three rounds. After his creditable second place at the 2015 season-opener in Rallye Monte Carlo, the Finnish driver has gone pointless in Sweden, Mexico and Argentina after suffering consecutive crashes and two retirements. The Volkswagen Motorsport driver has enjoyed mixed fortunes in Portugal in the past, grabbing two podiums finishes in 2011 with Ford and in 2013 with VW respectively.
