Kenya returned to the WRC calendar last year with the initial deal in place until the end of 2023. The Safari Rally made a comeback to the WRC in 2021 after 18 years away with Sebastian Ogier and Julien Ingrassia winning. Speaking of the news, WRC Promoter managing director Jona Siebel said: “It’s by far the longest contract we have ever signed and this sends a strong statement.
