M-Sport's Elfyn Evans took a career-best WRC result after finishing second on this weekend's Tour de Corse – Rallye de France. Despite it being his first experience of the event in Corsica, Evans stormed into the lead on the opening day, and while heavy storms and challenging conditions knocked the leading drivers off their rhythm, he finished the day top, thanks to a brilliant performance in SS3.
